Anthill Farms Winery

California, USA.
Named the 'Most Promising New Winery' in 2009 by Food & Wine Magazine, Anthill Farm focuses on terroir-driven and low impact winemaking in top single-vineyard locations from North Coast vineyards and extremely small "ant-sized" production. In the winery, there are two unchanging goals: to make wines that express the growing site and the characteristics of the vintage, and to make wines that simply put, taste good. These goals require gentle handling from crushing to bottling, judicious use of oak and most importantly, leaving the wine alone as much as possible.
