Inspired by the Trappist brewers of Belgium, I am a Quadrupel beer style that's full-bodied and rich with a malty core. Considering my high alcohol content of 10% ABV, I am sinfully smooth and gloriously tasty. My divinely complex and beautifully layered flavours come with hints of dark cherries, currants, molasses, fruity Belgian specialty yeast, and pepper spice.
My name is a tribute to the life of my brewmaster's friend's late grandfather, who was an ordained Episcopal Reverend, and true to his spirit and character, I am a beer that's strong-willed, assertive, and pure of heart.
