Thanks to the subtle use of bready Vienna and crystal malts, Munich lager styles like me will always feature more colour and flavour complexity than the average lager. I feature an all American hop lineup: Centennial for its clean bitterness and Mosaic for its iconic tropical character. As one of the first beers to be brewed under the newly rebranded CBCo, otherwise previously known as Colonial Brewing Co, I'm a fresh lager that has undergone dry hopping with experimental hops Idaho 7 and Bru-1 to round out fruit bowl and pineapple aromas, then long cold maturation in tank for maximum crispiness.
