I was designed specifically to highlight the complex and unique flavours of small-batch coffees in my city. Instead of sourcing a particular type of coffee that would play well with beer, my brewmasters sought out creative and innovative local roasters, then asked them to provide beans that they're passionate about. As a result, all of my rotational releases are widely different – depending on the coffee that was selected.
Sometimes I am fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, and other times I am rich and earthy with a huge roasty finish. Check out the release stamp at the bottom of my can to see which coffee was featured this time!
