I'm somewhere between a Sour and a Hazy IPA, made with the softest malts and trendiest hops. My kind represent more than just another IPA trend – we're a whole new way of approaching beer.
As Epic's sour champion, I'm a unique fusion of puckering tartness and an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops. Instead of barrel-aging me, my brewmasters used an innovative "kettle-sour" method to make my flavours cleaner, more lactic and more tropical. I taste exactly like my name: tart, juicy and sour.
