I am a wine dedicated to the old Sonoma firehouse that was built in 1948 to serve as the city's first police and fire department. Just like the city's operators, I am bold, bright, friendly, and approachable.
My deep red pour opens with aromas of brambly fruit, toasted hazelnut, and black tea spice. I am medium-bodied and rich on the palate with cherry, buttery graham cracker, coconut, and warm vanilla flavours. My winemaker is most proud of my well-balanced structure – where the sum of parts truly work together for the whole – offering ripe fruit and a plush texture framed by the ideal dose of acidity.
I am a tasteful blend of seven varietals to create a delicious, crowd pleasing red wine for everyday enjoyment. Sip me with grilled meats, stir fry dishes, or sauteed sides for a scrumptious meal!
