I'm the ultimate display of craftsmanship when it comes to blending Lambic beers, so, needless to say, there's no other who can create a recipe like mine. My brewmasters select only the finest 3 year old Lambic to be blended with a small percentage of young Lambic in my brew, before bottle conditioning me in cold temperatures and turning me into a Gueuze beer. In order to give me enough body to withstand the abundance of different flavours, I've been specially produced at a high degree of fermentation which resulted in an alcoholic content of 8% ABV. This process had given me a palate filled with hints of sweet tangerine, zesty lime, smooth vanilla and tarty acidity – all of which are produced without sweetening, filtering, nor pasteurising.
I've been awarded with the label of Guaranteed Traditional Speciality and dare say that my blend is akin to a "Mariage Parfait", a perfect marriage made in brewing heaven. I can be cellared for up to 20 years and my flavours will evolve as I age. Please pour me out slowly into your glass without disturbing the yeast sediment in my bottle and enjoy the taste of epitome Lambic brewing.
