A specialised technique called "accelerated kettle souring" and some friendly lactobacillus bacteria plus a handful of tropical ingredients created me. I'm slightly sour with the right smack of tartness for serious refreshment, while guavas, strawberries and hibiscus flowers lend my body a fruity-sweet depth and a bright pop of colour. Complicated brewing, but easy drinking!
