Soft, supple and beautifully acidic, the 2016 Omero Chardonnay is bright with orchard and citrus fruits, has a subtle minerality and a sense of creaminess, vanillin and crispness. A refreshing take on the classic Willamette Valley Chardonnay, this is a uniquely polarizing white that is made using hand-harvested, organically and biodynamically grown grapes, indigenous yeasts, naturally occurring malolactic bacteria and sulfites. Only 450 cases of this natural Oregon white wine was produced.
