Build and promote our range of craft beer brands. 

Thirsty is Singapore’s leading online craft beer retailer. As part of The Drinkery, one of Singapore’s largest importers of craft beer, we proudly represent many independent craft beer brands, bringing incredible beers with amazing stories from around the world to Singapore.

If you love building brands and are a passionate marketer, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a beer brand marketer to lead, drive and manage brand building projects and activation campaigns for the many craft beer brands in our portfolio.

You will start by handling one or two of our beer brands of your choice, working to define its positioning in the market, identify the right consumer audience, promote the brands to raise awareness and garner interest, and ultimately drive brand growth and sales conversion at our channels. As you gain success, you will handle more and more brands, eventually becoming a brand manager in charge of a portfolio of brands that you personally have successfully built.

YOUR MANDATES:

• Develop the brands in your charge to be the category and market share leader in their niches.
• Plan and execute brand launches and activation campaigns to engage with consumers.
• Conduct events such as pop-ups, festivals and workshops to raise awareness.
• Find and strike partnerships with like-minded brands to build communities around the brand.
• Create and produce content to support engagement and education.
• Act as the brand ambassador to represent and personify the brand in the market.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Keen interest in craft beer, marketing and brand building especially in beverages and drinks.
• Clear idea and strategy on how you plan to build the brands and accomplish your mandates.
• Ability to execute and implement your plans with a sense of urgency and pride in your work.
• Proactive and get-things-done attitude comfortable with wearing many hats and getting your hands dirty.

We welcome both entry level and more senior applicants with a few years of relevant experience. Experienced candidates should have a successful track record in brand building projects and executing brand activation campaigns.
