Hi there, I'm Avery Double Digit, and I'm not your average Imperial IPA. I'm big, bold, and bursting with juicy hop flavors that will leave you wanting more.

My story starts with our Brewing Director Fred, who couldn’t cut it as a butcher, but luckily found his calling with brewing and selecting amazing hops. He wanted to create an Triple IPA that was both juicy and hazy, with an immense fruity hop load and low bitterness. And let me tell you, he knocked it out of the park.

My warm dry-hopping with Simcoe and Amarillo hops is just the beginning of my hoppy journey. Then, I was traditionally dry-hopped with all Mosaic hops to put me over the top. The result? A complex and layered flavor profile that's both refreshing and satisfying. With every sip, you'll taste a bouquet of tropical fruit flavors, like pineapple, mango, and passionfruit. I'm not shy about my hop presence, but I'm also not overpowering or overly bitter. My balance is key, and I'm able to showcase the unique qualities of each hop variety while still remaining easy to drink.
