From the moment of my inception, it was clear that I was destined to be a force to be reckoned with. Born from the vibrant Mosaic hop, I boast a stripped-back malt bill and an aroma that demands attention.

As the only permanent fixture in the brewery's IPA lineup, I am a testament to both quality and uniqueness. Light in color, dry on the palate, and exceptionally thirst-quenching for a hoppy brew, I showcase a masterful blend of wheat and pale malts that perfectly complement my generously hopped profile. Throughout the brewing process, hops are added at every turn, with Centennial and Chinook providing a citrusy and resinous base.
