As the first Singaporean beer to win a globally-recognised award, I'm the locals' pride and joy. I'm categorised as a "Wild IPA" because I was fermented with wild yeast – which is quite a feat to pull off in the little island of Singapore where no natural resources can be found. When you pop me open, you can expect complex layers of flavours beginning with a smooth, tropical medley of pineapple, mango and passion fruit hop notes, followed by a refreshing tartiness that ends clean and dry. They say love happens when you least expect it... but I disagree. Love happens when you drink me.
