Made of fruit born from the prestigious Willamette Valley, I'm perfumed with alluring stone fruit aromas like nectarine, peach, apricot, and a touch of lime oil. I am crisp on the palate and bright with flavours of fresh citrus and lemon curd. My vintage's growing season began cold and wet with a few mild frosts during late April, but started off warmer than average. This allowed the Pinot Gris fruit to retain a certain freshness and purity, which gave me my tropical and lush flavours. I'm medium-bodied and well balanced with a refreshing acidity that makes me a stunning white wine.
My winemakers enjoy me with grilled vegetables alongside well-seasoned seafood, but I recommend pairing me with anything you fancy, including your favourite book on a porch swing.
