It is known that Oregon, where I come from, is one of the few areas in the entire world that has the right conditions to make outstanding Pinot Noirs, one of the most fickle and thin-skinned grapes around. I dare say that my stellar quality, rich flavour and luscious aroma is proof of the fact.
I brim with fresh blackberry and plum aromas, which will gain earth and herb nuances over time. Ripe red cherries and smoke dominate my smooth palate which is accented by a dash of herbs. My Pinot Noir fruits grew on sustainable methods and was harvested in greater clusters thanks to a cool Spring followed by a warming Summer in my vintage's year. This perfect climate produced an incredibly elegant, and highly sought-after fruit texture that you will taste when you enjoy me. I'm versatile and food-friendly, pairing exceptionally well with fish, pasta, and meats with sweet glazes.
