Inspired by the finest witbiers of Belgium, I am brewed with the classic combination of orange peel, coriander, and wheat. I boast a slightly higher alcohol strength than many beers of my style, which lifts aromas of lime leaf, lemon zest, bubblegum, and dried flowers in my brew. My high carbonation and bright citrus quench the thirst while my bright hop bitterness, cracker-like maltiness, and herbaceous spice add depth of flavour and complexity.
