My brewmasters are shaking things up this year with a totally fresh new take on a Coronado Brewing Co staple. Presenting... ME! A smooth and creamy "Nola-style" milk stout that's brewed with San Diego's famous organic Bird Rock coffee beans, chicory, and lactose. In case you didn't know, chicory is a popular coffee alternative enjoyed in the New Orleans for over a century, and is what gives me my woody, earthy and roasted nut flavours.
Pair me with brunch like chicken and waffles, or breakfast burritos, and be sure to grab a pack because I was imported in highly limited quantities and here only for a short time!
