Each Winter, my brewmasters get together with local chocolate markers, Bahen & Co, to create my bittersweet brew. In addition to the usual ingredients of malted barley, rainwater, premium hops and yeast, I feature Cacao husks from single origin farms across Brazil, Vietnam, and Madagascar. I am dark, creamy, and roasty with notes of chocolate, coffee, and dried fruit. If you're after a smooth stout to wind down your day, I'm it!
