Howdy there, folks! I'm Colette, a strong and independent farmhouse ale inspired by our hardworking farmers, who have been tending to their crops day in and out. Just like them, I am a blend of tradition and modernity.

My recipe may be updated, but I still pay homage to the classic Saison style. Saison, which means "season" in French, was originally brewed as a seasonal beer to quench the thirst of farm workers during the hot summer months. We farmers know how important it is to stay hydrated during those long, hot days!

I'm brewed with a unique blend of four different yeast strains, hops, barley, wheat, and rice, making me complex yet approachable. I have a little bit of earthiness, a touch of fruitiness, and just the right amount of tartness. I am refreshingly dry and will leave you wanting more.

With a hidden 6.5% ABV within me, I'm strong and sturdy, just like us farmers. We know how to handle any challenge that comes our way.
