Ripe and fruit forward, the Camp Cabernet Sauvignon is extremely approachable, food-friendly and highly enjoyable. The 2016 vintage has fruit sourced from high-quality, responsibly farmed, sustainable, organic and biodynamic vineyards in Alexander Valley, Sonoma Valley as well as the Dry Creek Valley – most of which are certified organic. Camp wines, like most of Kenny Likitprakong's, or the Hobo Wine Company's wines, employ natural winemaking, using native yeasts and malolactic bacterias for fermentations without the use of commercial fermentation aids or additives.
