I'm an ale that's fairly new under the sun. I've got a lot of wheat, am rich with hops, and yet I finish dry. My brewmasters have watched with some amusement as the internet argues over how to "classify" me. I satisfy IPA fans with my level of hop bitterness but I'm also so smooth and crisp that the Hefeweizen fans dig me too. Hmm... I guess I am pretty unique.
