Russian Imperial Stout | 355ml | ABV 9.0%
Old Rasputin is brewed based on the recipe and tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia's Catherine the Great. According to legend, it took copious amounts of poison, three gunshots, a beating and a drowning to take down Grigori Rasputin. Fortunately, the Old Rasputin Imperial Stout is more refined than its namesake and has seemed to develop a cult following wherever it goes. Rich and intense with big complex flavours and a warming finish, the Old Rasputin deftly hides its 9.0% ABV and makes this beer enjoyable from start to finish.
