I'm complex, full, rich and perfectly balanced with a beautiful hop aroma. I'm one of the best examples of the fundamental characteristics of a great lager. They brewed me using a decoction mash; a time-consuming, traditional four-vessel brewing process that was long discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process, together with the use of only the finest ingredients, brings forth a rich, roasty caramel sweetness from my malt and my smooth, floral, piney and citrusy hop flavou. I was born in 1984 and have helped lead the American craft beer revolution ever since.
