The beer is a mix of citrus zest, passionflower, stone fruit, herbal hops and freshly toasted malts. The juicy grapefruit, kaffir lime and honeydew melon qualities from the American and New Zealand hops give way to a complex, robust, smooth and restrained hop flavour and bitterness.
