I came second to be added to Nail Brewing's core lineup, and was in no mood to be further upstaged by my predecessor. I focused on perfecting myself and went on multiple competitions, which paid off because I had not only made a name for myself but also collected a swag of trophies, making me the most decorated stout in Australia.
My brew is inspired by traditional British dark ales and am a multilayered malty treat full of chocolate, dark cocoa, roast and coffee flavours. My secret is the addition of rolled oats to my malt grist, which creates a fuller, softer mouthfeel that makes me a year-long, luscious delight.
