I am the embodiment of a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit beer, adorned with the essence of real cherries that compose 25% of my ruby red and carbonated brew. In every sip, feel the centuries converge–atestament to the unwavering dedication of the historic Boon Brewery.
Crafted through the sacred ritual of spontaneous fermentation, I come alive through the union of wild yeast and freshly plucked cherries. The result? A tantalizing interplay of puckering tartness, subtle sweetness, and refreshing sour notes. As I reach the climax, a crisp and dry finish embraces your palate, offering hints of almond and citrus zest, reminiscent of sun-kissed Summer days.
Pour me in a glass and witness my symphony of flavors; the wild yeast, ever untamed, kisses your palate with a subtle dance of tartness, a gentle reminder of nature's touch. I will be your enchanting aperitif and a decadent dessert, savor me well.
