I am Rochefort 10 — once called Merveille, and still known as the Wonder.

Brewed since the early 1950s, I am the strongest and most revered of the Rochefort lineage — a dark quadrupel crafted in sacred stillness and enjoyed across the world. My recipe, passed from monk to monk behind the monastery walls, was born not just for indulgence, but for nourishment of body and soul. Today, I am counted among the finest beers on Earth — and with good reason.

Gaze into my deep mahogany depths, crowned with a creamy beige head, and let the aroma rise — dark cocoa, roasted grains, ripe fig, cherry, plum, and hints of spice. At 12–14°C, my true self unfolds: a decadent blend of caramel, chocolate, raisin, and toasty malt, underlined by a warming alcohol presence that lingers like a fireside prayer.
