I am Saison Dupont — the golden standard of Belgian farmhouse ales, brewed since 1844 in the heart of Tourpes. Born from the earth, the seasons, and the toil of the farm, I am the original thirst-quencher for farmers and their sunburnt field hands. Crafted in winter and conditioned to perfection by summer’s arrival, I was never just a beer — I was a ritual. A celebration. A reward.
To this day, I remain proudly rooted in that tradition. Brewed within the historic walls of the Dupont farmhouse, I embody what it truly means to be a Saison: a rustic ale shaped by time, place, and purpose. My lively effervescence and bone-dry finish make me as refreshing now as I was in the 19th century, and yet my complexity remains timeless.
Pour me into your glass and behold my hazy blonde glow, crowned with a pillowy white head. Breathe me in — notes of grapefruit zest, clove spice, and floral hops dance with the soft sweetness of malted grain. On the palate, I burst forth with lively carbonation, delivering a crisp bitterness that gives way to a peppery dryness and earthy depth, all tied together by our house yeast — a strain so revered it’s sought by brewers across the globe.
