Check out all the e-marketplaces, online groceries and on-demand delivery apps where Thirsty craft beers are sold online. If you are excited at the opportunity to manage and grow these channels, this might be the perfect job for you.

Thirsty is Singapore's leading online craft beer retailer and we are looking for an e-Commerce Executive to lead, drive and manage our e-commerce channels and marketplace business.

You will report to the Commerce Lead. You will understudy and assist her in the daily routines of online channel operation and eventually take over the channel ownerships and be in charge of growing the businesses.

You will handle every aspect of the day-to-day channel management and operations, while constantly finding ways to improve shopper experience and ultimately grow the channel business, sales and profit.

YOUR MANDATES

• Keep product listings up-to-date across all channels.
• Keep prices competitive, updated and profit-optimized.
• Regularly refresh store layout, product mix and visual merchandising.
• Ensure smooth, seamless and error-free order processing and fulfillment.
• Run effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Solve customer problems and provide exceptional and timely service resolution.
• Uncover and implement actionable insights through data analytics and key metrics tracking.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with marketplaces and their account managers.

We welcome both entry level and more senior applicants with a few years of relevant experience. Experienced candidates should have a successful track record in e-commerce marketplace channel management.
