Born in 1923 to celebrate peace after the Great War, I earned my name when a local cobbler took one sip and exclaimed I was “a real Duvel!” — which means “devil” in Flemish. With my smooth mouthfeel and mischievous 8.5% ABV, it’s no surprise I’ve been charming and disarming drinkers ever since.

Brewed with pure spring water, noble Saaz-Saaz and Styrian Golding hops, and a legendary Scottish yeast strain handpicked by Albert Moortgat, I undergo a meticulous two-stage fermentation and six-week cold maturation. The result? A devilishly crisp, fruity, and effervescent golden ale that balances subtle sweetness with a dry, bitter finish — dangerously drinkable and endlessly refined.
