No concentrates, no shortcuts — just real fruit, cloudy and honest, with all the juicy pectin and solids left in to keep my flavour full and true to the season. I’m naturally balanced — not too sweet, not too dry, with a crisp acidity that’s perfect on a hot summer’s day.
