My story began in 1128, where Norbertine monks brewed within the abbey walls, and although the flames claimed the monastery more than once, the brewing never ceased. Like the phoenix on my label, I carry that legacy in every golden pour.

With 6.7% of smooth, rounded strength, I’m a radiant blonde ale brimming with ripe pear, juicy pineapple, golden honey, and just a flicker of clove. My secret? The legendary Grimbergen yeast, fermenting at an unusually high 26°C, coaxing out those deep fruit and spice notes. From the first creamy sip to the last lingering whisper of liquorice and sweet malt, I’m balanced yet bold, gentle yet persistent.
