In the year 1987, a passionate affair between Lambics and peaches gave birth to my existence. My name, a fusion of the French words for peach (pêche) and sinner (pécheresse), reflects the irresistible allure that emanates from within me.
As I shimmer in your glass, my golden body adorned with a sparkling white foam, an inviting effervescence envelops the air—a delightful harmony of sweet peaches and natural cane sugar entices your senses. Crafted through spontaneous fermentation and meticulous barrel aging, I exude a crisp, sweet, sour, and sharp persona. Embodied within my essence lies Lindemans' most cherished recipe, a seductive elixir that has captured the hearts of connoisseurs across the globe.
Succumb to my temptations and experience a divine liaison between fruit and fermentation, an encounter that will forever linger in your memory.

Lindemans' story began at an old Vlezenbeek farm with an ominous name, "Hof ter Kwade Wegen", which meant "the farm of bad roads". Don't worry though, the name wasn't a prophecy that dictated the brewery's tragic fate. In fact, the opposite happened; the brewery was able to brew its funky beers using spontaneous fermentation thanks to the hundreds of wild yeast strains floating around the little village. As a result, Lindemans is now one of the most respected breweries in Belgium, with its iconic lambics paving the way to immense success. With generation after generation of Lindemans guiding the brewery, Lindemans is now known for their unique and flavourful lambics; some may even say that its lambics are the best in the world!
