Inspired by a 1567 painting depicting a joyous wedding ceremony where Kriek beers flowed abundantly, my meticulous brewmasters endeavored to create an oak-aged cherry Lambic that transcends time itself.
Brewed in 1822, it took over 150 years for my distinctive character to be embraced by palates around the world, making me one of the pioneering Belgian Lambics to achieve international acclaim. As I gracefully pour into your glass, my deep red hue evokes a sense of regality, crowned with a fluffy purplish-pink head that unveils the essence of freshly harvested cherries.
Like all Lambics, my journey begins with spontaneous fermentation, resulting in a unique interplay of sweetness and tartness. I sparkle with the vibrant notes of tart cherries, harmonizing with a subtle hint of red wine, ensuring that every sip is a cherished indulgence. Embrace the treat you truly deserve and allow me to enrapture your senses with the allure of a bygone era.

Southwest of Brussels, in the quiet Belgian town, the Lindemans family has been farming and homebrewing since 1822. Lambic, or spontaneously fermented beers, are the beers of this region and are among the world's rarest: they are the only beer style that is fermented via wild, airborne yeast – no yeast is added by the brewers. The unusual, demanding and unique flavours that come from multiple yeast strains are unmatched in the world of beer, and Lindemans Brewery is among the only few who is able to turn them into some of the world's best lambics.
