I'm a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit beer made with real cherries that took up 25% of my ruby red-hued brew. As with all Lambic fruit beers, I'm spontaneously fermented through exposure to wild yeast and fresh cherries that provides me with a puckering tart, slightly sweet, and refreshingly sour flavour. I finish crisp and dry with hints of almond and citrus zest that's reminiscent of bright Summer days. I'm best enjoyed in a glass as an aperitif or with a dessert!
