The La Trappe Tripel is a classic, dark Trappist ale brewed within the walls of the Koningshoeven Abbey in the Netherlands. Golden blonde with a white froth, it releases fruity aromas of florals, peach and apricot. This classic Belgian-style Tripel is powerful and bold with a candy-sweet and light-malty character, finishing bitter and slightly dry.

La Trappe is the name of the beer brewed in Koningshoeven, the first Trappist brewery in the Netherlands. The ales are brewed according to traditional methods, from a recipe developed since 1884. Using only natural ingredients, such as hops, barley, malt, yeast and water drawn from the monastery's well, La Trappe brews highly unique, authentic and richly flavoured beers.
