I was born from tradition but brewed for today. My soul is a blend of young beer and 25% aged ale, matured patiently in oak casks for two years. Into this balanced base, the brewers stirred 7% cherries and a splash of elderberry, creating a vibrant dance of sweet-sour fruit that refreshes from the first sip to the last.
