I'm made from a 100% estate-grown fruit gathered from the Eagle Bay farm in the Margaret River region. I come with an aroma bouquet of jam, red berries, juicy cassis, ripe plums, dark chocolate, as well as hints of vanilla and spice that follows through in my full-bodied, velvety palate. Complex, powerful, and delicious, I am best served with grilled meats, barbeque, slow-cooked foods, or hard cheeses!
