I'm produced from a 100% estate grown Shiraz fruit from the Eagle Bay farm. I pour a deep violet colour with notes of dark cherries, dark blueberries, fleshy plums, and hints of pepper spice. My oakage provides complex notes of char and vanillin that promises to develop further with time. However if you drink me now, you'll enjoy a medium-bodied and elegant, rich, red wine that's smooth and delightful on its own, with meats, or hard cheeses.
Founded in 2010, Eagle Bay Brewing Co is a family-owned and run microbrewery, restaurant as well as cellar located on the family's farm and vineyard in Western Australia; where it overlooks Cape Naturaliste and the Indian Ocean. Eagle Bay's beers are completely handcrafted in a solar-powered brewhouse and slow-brewed with only quality and the most essential ingredients such as fresh rainwater, malted barley, speciality yeast and homegrown hops.
